No, this is an unpaid apprenticeship focused on learning and skill development. However, you'll receive access to frameworks and tools valued at $100 and opportunities to earn commissions through referrals.
The programme requires minimum 10 hours weekly, which can be scheduled flexibly around your other commitments. There will be some fixed times for weekly check-ins, but most work can be completed on your own schedule.
Successful apprentices may be offered paid project work, affiliate opportunities, or priority consideration for future roles with Growth Clinic. All apprentices will have continued access to the community and resources.
Projects vary based on business needs and your skills, but may include content creation, framework development, community engagement initiatives, or programme enhancement projects.
While we don't require specific qualifications, successful applicants typically have strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and interest in personal development and framework-based thinking.
